Sticking to some pretty simple dinners around here this week. I posted about the meal plan I'm loosely following earlier this week, but I think that's going to go out the window this week and I will go back to tracking macros. Eventually I'll get around to writing a whole post about that...but basically I think it's important to track your macros if you are trying to meet a goal (body composition or athletic performance).
I also don't have a meal prep plan for you this week because I just didn't have time to do it and there's not a lot of prepping going into this week. You could cook your burgers ahead of time, but otherwise this is a pretty low maintenance week as far as meals go.
