Crockpot Pork Shoulder
BBQ Chicken Thighs (I made three packages, ~3 lbs, so we have plenty of leftovers)
Seriously, that's it! I might make something more exciting later in the week, but it seems highly unlikely with my current motivation level. Pork shoulder and chicken is already cooked and the meatballs and burgers are super fast and easy to make.
