Menu: Week of 7/11/16

Uh, sorry guys. If you've been following along with my blog you know that I recently got lost in the depths of studying for my board exam...which I am now done with. Then we went out of town for the 4th of July, and last week I didn't cook at all. Like, seriously, not once. I'm kind of ashamed to admit that. 

Anyway, back to making a menu so that I actually cook dinner and have good things to eat. Because otherwise I just eat beef jerky and almonds all day, which is not really idea.

Grilled Chicken with Tarragon Cream Sauce

Salt and Vinegar Chicken and Coconut Crusted Onion Rings- I think I'll make the chicken with thighs instead of wings.

Pork Ragu - I'll probably make this in the InstantPot and I'm not sure what we will eat it over. It's virtually impossible to find spaghetti squash this time of year and I'm restarting my Whole30 so rice or GF pasta is out. I could make sweet potato or zucchini noodles. But that depends on how lazy I'm feeling

Some kind of meat with Magic Green Sauce, probably flank steak. If you haven't tried this sauce, seriously...try it. It's amazing.
