Week of 3/28/16

Whew! I finally feel like myself again and am ready to hit the ground running this week...literally. Headed to Hawaii next weekend for my triathlon, so the food goal for the week is minimal leftovers!

Pork Tenderloin (with my super delicious marinade that I'll get around to writing down at some point)

Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken (kind of like this but different)

Salmon (because it's time to eat what's in the freezer so I can fill it up again!)

We have a dinner out on Thursday so this should get us through the week! Happy last week of March!
