Week of 4/18/16

I'm back...and meal planning again! Although I'm kind of cheating because I'm following an actual meal plan created by someone else, which makes the coming up with things to eat part much easier. I won't be sharing the exact recipes from the plan here (because I paid for the plan and they aren't mine to share for free), but I have found shareable recipes that are very similar.
