How It Works


The following are the packages that are currently available, they start at $300. 

  • Hourly consultation: One one hour consultation. Follow-ups may be scheduled as you feel is necessary.
  • Consultation packages: Monthly, quarterly, or annual packages are available. 

During your free consultation, we can discuss which option might be right for you if you are unsure. 

In an hourly consultation, you book a one-hour consultation and pay for it when you book. If you have lab data for me to analyze, I will review it before our call. During your call, we will discuss your primary goals at the beginning of the call and spend our time developing a plan of action for you to achieve those goals. You get to decide when to book a follow-up call if you feel you need one. Additional rates apply for lab data or medical record review. 

If you chose a consultation package, we develop a more defined, longer-term relationship. You will fill out a questionnaire about your health goals, schedule your sessions, and pay for the the whole package at the time of booking. We will develop a strategy to use the your sessions in whatever way best meets your goals. Between sessions, I will review any data or do any research that we agree is necessary. This way, any analysis is already done by the time we have our meeting and we can focus on the things that are best discussed on a call.  

Consultation sessions cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule, you may do so at any time. All packages must be used within the indicated time frame (four months for the annual package and one year for all others).

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

What is included? 

The number of meetings we have will vary depending on the package/option you choose. After our first meeting, I will make recommendations that you can implement to feel better immediately, but every person needs a different amount of support to meet their goals. 

What is not included?

I cannot order lab testing, diagnose or treat any disease, or manage your medications. I can make specific recommendations for testing that your doctor or local healthcare provider can order or places you can go to order certain tests without a physician. I can also help you better understand any disease you may have already been diagnosed with as well as ways to prevent, mitigate, or treat a disease. I can also make recommendations for supplements, dietary, and lifestyle changes that may help you work with your provider to decrease or get off of some medications.  

Do you bill insurance?

I do not bill insurance. I can provide you with a receipt for your payment, but even though I am a nurse practitioner, these consultations are not considered therapeutic and your health insurance will not cover them. 

What kinds of things would I work on with you? 

With over 8 years of clinical experience, I can consult on just about everything. My integrative approach has been particular successful with conditions that don't always respond to traditional medical treatments such as irritable bowel syndrome, PMS, generalized fatigue, and migraines or other headaches. Other common conditions that you may want my help with include:

  • Menopausal symptoms
  • High cholesterol
  • Mild anxiety and depression
  • Insomnia
  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Allergies
  • Food sensitivities

My approach is also perfect for those who are feeling well but are invested in preventing disease well into in the future. We can assess your risk factors and give you tools for optimal health.

Can we discuss diseases?

Yes, we can discuss diseases. There is no need to avoid mentioning the word disease or the names of specific diseases. We do need to agree that I am not offering diagnosis, treatment, or treatment advice. However, I can provide you with education about what I believe the causes to be, ways to prevent or treat diseases, as well as making specific recommendations of what to discuss with your doctor.

Can you suggest specific providers for specific lab tests?

Yes. Sometimes I will know the best option and sometimes it will require some research on my part to figure out the logistics associated with specific providers. I offer research between sessions for the health and wellness packages, but not for the hourly consultations.

Can you analyze stool tests?

I am familiar with stool tests and I may be able to provide valuable insights. I would suggest scheduling an hourly consultation rather than a package if this is the only thing you wish to discuss. 

What if my schedule changes after I have made my appointments?

You can reschedule your appointment at any time. 

Can we conduct our appointment via email instead of phone or video chat? 

When you purchase a package, I offer limited email support to allow for clarifications, answers to quick questions, and briefly discussing priorities for how to use future sessions. I unfortunately cannot substitute email discussions for the sessions themselves. 

If my schedule doesn’t fit the slots available in the calendar, are you flexible with other days?

Currently I can only commit to the slots that are in the calendar. They are designed to offer flexibility for time of day across many time zones. You should not sign up for a health and wellness package unless you are reasonably confident that you can meet the appointments you book, and that if you reschedule, you will be able to meet appointments that begin between 11:00am and 11:00pm weekdays in the Eastern time zone.

Please note, that the scheduling software I use does the time zone translation for you automatically and shows you time slots your own time zone.
