To people at the pharmacy who I almost copped an attitude with...I am sorry, it wasn't your fault, it was the fault of the girl in front of my who was trying to return her prescription and get a cash refund WITHOUT a receipt. To the cashier at U-Scan who I was rude to...I am not sorry, when I asked for help and you said, "your attendant is over there" (pointing at the woman who was helping the old man by U-Scanning for him and ignoring all her customers), I stopped trying to be nice and understanding. When I responded with, "she's busy...and ignoring us" (as EVERYONE at the four U-Scan kiosks needed assistance) and you shrugged your shoulders...that was the end. You could learn a thing or two about customer service. Just because you hate your job does not mean that you should take it out on your customers. To the other cashier at U-Scan who I was not rude to, but who blatantly ignored myself and the three other people buying groceries...you need to learn how to multi-task. To the man in the parking lot who gave me dirty looks for giving him dirty looks...I am not sorry. You were the one who was going to hit me. Please learn what a right-of-way is. Then we can talk.
