"What's for breakfast?" is my favorite question to ask John in the morning. Mostly because I hate making decisions about things, but also because I usually wake up hungry!
Here are a few breakfasts we have enjoyed recently.
(here's the Finnish Pancake recipe, we used the strawberry rhubarb sauce that John's mom makes and already had on hand)
We use Coach's Oats pancake mix for our pancakes and waffles. We learned yesterday (when we had waffles) that in order to convert a pancake recipe into a waffle recipe, you need to add a bit more fat, approximately 1 Tbsp per cup of flour. So in went some butter. Yum. Butter. I added the fruit to counteract the butter...I'm sure it worked.
