First, I would like to apologize for the lack of menu planning the last couple of weeks. I've done some traveling and a lot of playing and not a lot of thinking about dinner. We have not been starving, in the words of Tim Gunn, I tend to "make it work."
I've changed the format for these posts a bit, due to several requests to add a grocery list into the mix. I'll still post my plan and links to recipes here, but I'll also be uploading a Word document that has the plan, the recipes, and a grocery list. Please let me know if you have any problems with the uploaded document, or have any suggestions to make it more usable.
Also, the links to the recipes will mostly be to my PepperPlate account where I store my recipes, this because that is where I have edited them to reflect the changes I have made to them. In most cases, the link to the original recipe can be found in the "notes" section.
I decided to post this early so people who do their shopping on the weekend actually have time to shop.
Monday: Burrito Bowls
Tuesday: BBQ Lentil Tacos
Wednesday: Leftovers (John is in Whittier)
Thursday: Chicken Quesadillas with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Artichoke Hearts with roasted broccoli
Friday: Sausage Stuffed Acorn Squash and salad
Saturday: Leftovers (John is in Whittier again)
Sunday: Fish (no recipe, probably just grilled), roasted veggies, and rice
