what we're eating 6/4 - 6/10

I feel like it's been a long time since I had to plan a whole week of meals.  This week was pretty easy since I didn't really eat what I planned while John was gone this weekend.  

Monday: Oven Baked Chicken Thighs, yam, and roasted veggies

Tuesday: Shrimp and Avocado Omelet

Wednesday: Pizza Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Thursday: Steak Hash with Red Pepper Avocado Spread

Friday: Roasted Broccoli Slaw (bag of broccoli slaw, toss in olive oil, salt, and garlic powder, roast at 400 deg for ~30 minutes, top with some kind of leftover chicken, enjoy!)

Saturday: Roast Pork with Caramelized Onions

Sunday: Shrimp Tacos
