what was I thinking?

On Sunday I was planning on going to PiYo.  I had gone on Wednesday and was SO SORE (it had been over a month since I last went).  I decided to test my legs and did a few squats.  I almost didn't get up from the third one.  I decided to skip it for fear of ending up with a broken nose from falling flat on my face.  So I went running instead.I'm not really sure why I thought that was a good idea. 4+ miles later, I'm just as sore as I was on Wednesday.  It was probably the most painful run I've ever gone on (yes, more painful than running uphill for 10 miles).  I thought once I was warmed up my legs would feel better.  Wrong! At least I got to enjoy the fall colors and some fresh air.
