School has taken over my life the last couple of week and I haven't been doing very much running. I decided that I would get back on track and managed to get out the door for runs both days this weekend.
Saturday: 3.5 miles
Sunday: 3.9 miles
Weekly total: 7.4 miles
2015 total: 77 miles
Next week is when the "meat" part of my training plan starts. I feel like I have a pretty solid base built, although I could always use a few more slow miles under my belt. Next week is a transition week meaning there are not any hard workouts and it will end with a long run (7 miles). My plan is to take it slow and use this week for building a more solid base.
