As always this recipe has been slightly modified from it's original version (which can be found in the Weight Watcher's cookbook). For the filling: 1 pint of blueberries 2 (6 oz) containers of raspberries or blackberries (I used 2ish cups of frozen mixed berries and 1 apple thinly sliced) Grated zest of 1/2 orange 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon constarch 1/4 teaspoon salt For the topping: 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 1 tablespoon canola oil Pinch of salt Preheat the oven to 735 degrees. Spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray. To make the filling, toss together all filling ingredients in a large bowl, spoon into baking dish To make the topping, stir together all topping ingredients in medium bowl until moistened. Squeeze mixture together to form a loose ball, then break into small pieces and sprinkle evenly over filling. Bake until filling is bubbling and topping is golden, about 20 minutes. (My mixture wasn't moist enough to form into a ball. You may need to add a little more butter and oil. I also had to bake it more than 20 minutes to get the topping crispy and golden.) And...if you are tracking your food using Weight Watcher's, one serving (1/6 of the whole thing) has 6 points. Enjoy!
