Currently, my favorite thing about running is my after run smoothie. Right now in the mix is a banana, 1 cup of coconut milk, a scoop of PB (chocolate cocunut flavored at the moment), half a scoop of protein powder, and two ice cubes. Yum!
Yesterday we discovered that the APU trails are mostly clear, so we got to run on dirt! Some spot were still covered in snow and others were super mucky and muddy, but neither Kiva nor I cared.
