Yesterday I posted about not wanting to eat eggs for breakfast and randomly throwing together some stuff to make cereal without any actual cereal. Here's my "recipe."
1 cup chopped fruit (peaches, strawberries, nectarines, cherries, bananas, apples, pears, mango, etc.)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or unsalted cashews)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup dried cranberries, cherries, or raisins (optional)
Combine, top with milk (or non-milk) of your choice, enjoy!
