I've always been a fan of granola and yogurt. It might be genetic because my dad has eaten the same granola and yogurt for breakfast for 30 years. My problem is that I can't eat the same granola all the time. I get bored. I also find that granola and yogurt alone does not keep me full for very long. So, I bulked it up a little... Plain yogurt with a little bit of maple syrup (or honey) Homemade granola (with almonds and cranberries) Half an apple diced Mix it up and enjoy!
