Monday: Bean, Spinach, & Bacon hash - I plan on making this with black beans instead of pinto beans and regular potatoes (because I don't have squash and I'm too lazy to go to the store before dinner).
Tuesday: Apple sauce BBQ chicken
Wednesday: Havarti Pasta Bake
Thursday: Shrimp pasta salad
Friday: Spinach and black bean burritos (from the Weight Watcher's Cookbook)
Saturday: Eat out (John will be in Whittier, I'm having dinner with friends from work)
Sunday: Flank steak with mushroom ragout
