Today was an insanely busy day at work (we delivered 11 babies in 12 hours). Thankfully, that means I didn't eat junk...because I didn't have time!
The unfortunate part is that John is coming home late, I don't feel like cooking (or I can't keep my eyes open long enough for it to be safe for me to cook), so we are having thai food for dinner.
Shredded brussels sprouts, chicken sausage, and egg scramble
Cashews and almonds
Salad with veggies and turkey lunch meat
Leftover roast broccoli and yams
Despite the Thai food for dinner...I still had to eat more to balance my calories today (that's what happens when you don't sit down for the better part of 12 hours).
One more day of work...then three days off. Whew!
