good eats - 8/13

Today was a good food day.  Not a good exercise day (i.e. I did not exercise even though I was supposed to).

Breakfast:
Eggs, bacon, hash browns, and coffee.

Lunch:
Leftover grits from breakfast yesterday
Cashews and almonds

Snack:
Smoothie (banana, chai, almond milk, protein powder, ice cubes, and chia seeds)

Indian rice
Zucchini noodles with tomato sauce (I got a spiralizer...it's amazing!)
