Last night for dinner we had pizza with crust made from cauliflower. It was pretty tasty!
I used this recipe for the crust which was good, but I didn't add enough salt. After cooking the crust I spread tomato sauce and a few pieces of fresh mozzarella cheese on it, and added chicken sausage, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, and asparagus, then topped with with a little bit of shredded cheddar/jack cheese.
I've tried several versions of pizza crust with almond flour and I haven't really been a fan of any of them. I think this one is my favorite and I will definitely use it again!
