a new {running} plan

While I was on my trip, I decided that I wasn't going to run the Frosty Bottom race I had planned in January.  Instead I am going to run the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February again.  

I'm not sure why I wasn't excited about Frosty Bottom anymore.  I don't think it was something that I was terribly into in the first place and I just lost my momentum after the Zombie 1/2.  

I made a new training plan and set some new goals.  You can see my plan at any time by clicking the "current training" link on the navigation bar.  The "current training" page will be updated throughout this cycle of training with what I actually do (compared to what I said I was going to do).
