I have apparently lost my motivation and I don't want to cause myself more harm (shin splints!), so the last couple of weeks have been kind of sad on the running front...
Week 12 included only two runs, one track workout and one 5 mile run.
Week 13 also included only two runs, one track workout and a 10 mile run.
In other news, January was my highest mileage month...EVER (perhaps that is why my shin hurts?). I ran 74 miles. The only thing that even comes close to that is the 63 miles I ran in August of last year.
