Since my body apparently does not want to cooperate with me...this week (well, last week now) was an off week. I only ran twice, for a total of 7 miles. My shin is starting to feel better (I think), so I'm hoping all the rest was good for me. Either that or I'm just getting used to the discomfort so my brain thinks I'm getting better.
I have a PT appointment this morning with a PT who was recommended to me as a "miracle worker." I'm hoping she can fix me! Or she will just tell me to stop running, and then I'll cry.
